I had a great stay at the hotel with exceptional service from the staff. Miguel from reception provided excellent service and resolved a problem made by the early staff. The room was clean, comfy and the facilities were outstanding. The hotel location was convenient and accessible to transportation.

My Christmas vacation was great! The hotel offered a great price/value ratio and the room was comfy. The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff was amazing, especially Miguel at reception who provided excellent service. I really enjoyed the comfort of the room and the peacefulness of the hotel.
There were a few negative aspects. there was a mistake made on my reservation which caused some confusion and I didn't receive my bill until much later.
